Trouble Following Diet Long Term

I am a 30 yr old female. I’m 5’10” and weigh 335 pounds.

I have tried over and over to lose weight. It seems like I have tried everything and for some reason I do good for three weeks and then boom…I feel like I’m starving and I just eat and eat.

I just don’t have the energy to keep up with my 8 year old son anymore. My mom is diabetic and has kidney failure and heart problems, and I know other issues too.

I am obese with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I take a blood pressure pill and something for my anxiety. I don’t want to have to take more meds. Can you help me?
