I currently weigh 227lbs. and eat 3100 calories.
To weigh 170lbs. the calorie calculator says I need to consume 2559 calories.
Is it safe to say that by eating 2559 calories a day, it will help me get to 170lbs? (Thus cutting my calorie intake by 600 calories/day.)
