Gajak is a dessert which originated in Madhya Pradesh. It is mostly consumed in winter seasons. It is a dry sweet made from sesame seeds, ground nut & jaggery (gur). You can consume it 1-2 piece a day i.e. 1 piece in lunch and one piece in dinner.
