Diet plan does not work because when you will ask for any type of diet plan, a dietitian will give you a plan but we all know that you will not follow it, and that will be the main reason why you will not get any results/improvements. You can follow your diet plan for 2-3 days but after that, you will leave it due to one or the other reason. When I will provide you with your customised diet plan but in that also if you feel that you want some changes I will definitely do it but for that, you have to be in contact with me. In the first week, I will daily take the food updates from you then in the second week, I will take the food update on alternate days and so on. This way I will understand your food habits and will able to guide you better.
By taking regular updates from you, I will able to understand your lifestyle and will provide solutions accordingly.
Also if you find any problem in following my suggestions you can always discuss with me and I will provide you with an alternate solution and help you in achieving your health goals.
